The e 602 II is a microphone for instruments, cardioid directivity, optimized for bass sounds: bass drum, electric bass amplifier, tuba, etc … The e 604 is a cardioid microphone specially developed for drums and brass instruments. e 614 supercardioid microphone is of the electret type (pre-polarized electrostatic). It has been designed for demanding applications requiring an extended frequency response, rapid response to transients, small dimensions and involving high sound pressure levels. Thanks to its frequency response ranging from 40 Hz to 20 kHz, the e 614 is able to reproduce all the full sound of the instrument. Its supercardioid directivity curve isolates the microphone from other sounds on stage. Excellent on percussions, the e 614 is also an ideal choice for woodwinds and strings.
